LPC attributed this row to Root and Rust and described three stories over basements. Its Westchester stone fronts have a counterpart directly across the avenue at 21-12–21-20.
Arched window heads
Curved tops to the openings soften the repeated façade.
Composition-stone railings
LPC described elongated arched openings pierced through the stoop railings.
